Epilepsy (epilepsy) is a synchronic discharge in which sudden or excessive occurrence of neurons in the brain occurs suddenly. In recent years, the study of hereditary epilepsy has led to the recognition of the importance of maintaining the electrical balance within the central nervous system. During this process, the hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal system plays an important and complex role as the endocrine axis that mainly regulates the body’s stress activity. Immediate expression of early gene c-fos as a marker of brain cell activation has been widely used in brain mechanisms and considerable progress, epilepsy hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal system disorders have a longer duration of the body The impact of a short period of time is to suppress the onset of epilepsy, a long time role is not clear.
