采用定性分析法,以《黄帝内经·素问》英文译本为语料,结合英汉两种语言构成差异,分类分析评价译文中大量括号使用的功能和意义,指出在翻译过程中,括号的适当使用可以从一定程度上减少由语言差异造成的原文意义与写作风格的流失;然而单一追求保留原文意义和写作风格,而忽略英汉语言结构的差异从而过多地使用括号进行补充解释说明,会对译文的完整性和连贯性造成破坏。
