Within the study of the material within the grout grading spray dryer in the back flow. By analyzing the relative movement between the powder and the inlet of the spiral channel, the mechanism that the powder enters the spiral channel is revealed. The integral method is used to establish the calculation model of return flow. The return flow rate is equal to the product of the feed volume of the spiral passage that is averaged over the unit time and the effective feed back coefficient. The control variables of the effective feed back coefficient and its influence on the loading factor are discussed.
