醛类或酮类的醇醛缩合是有机化学的重要反应类型之一。乙醛水溶液的均相鹼催化醇(?)缩合曾经有不少人作过研究,Bell(1937)指出这一反应对于乙醛浓度而言基本上是一级反应;其后Bonhoeffer和Walters利用(?)同位素交换结果说明反应机理,指出控制速率的一步可能是乙醛α-(?)在OH-作用下的离解。这一个反应是工业上生产丁醇醛和丁烯醛的基本反应。
Aldol or aldol condensation of ketones is one of the most important types of organic chemistry. Homogeneous base-catalyzed alcohol (?) Condensation of acetaldehyde in water has been studied by many people and Bell (1937) indicated that this reaction is essentially a first order reaction for acetaldehyde concentration; thereafter Bonhoeffer and Walters ( ?) The isotope exchange results illustrate the reaction mechanism, pointing out that one step in the control rate may be the dissociation of acetaldehyde α- (?) Under OH-. This one reaction is the basic reaction in the industry for the production of butyraldehyde and crotonaldehyde.
