国有控股企业思想政治工作的改进,归根到底是要进一步实现企业思想政治工作的科学化。思想政治工作是一门科学,是一门针对人们思想发展变化的特点研究对群众进行思想政治工作的规律的科学。企业思想政治工作是对各类劳动者思想发展规律和社会关系的研究。要做好国有控股企业的思想政治工作,既需要在实践中不断改进创新,同时也要广泛利用现代科学的新成果,这就为实现国有控股企业思想政治工作科学化提出了更高要求。
