利用销-环摩擦试验机研究了干式条件下,以SiO2微粒弥散硬化的A185Ni5Y8Co2合金非晶质粉末挤压超细晶棒材的耐磨性。结果表明,随着SiO2质量分数的增加,合金的耐磨性提高。摩擦过程中,粘着磨损和生成磨屑的磨粒磨损反复作用并不断加强,其中尤以磨粒磨损显着。还利用透射电镜与电子探针X射线对磨屑形貌与成分进行了分析。
The wear resistance of ultrafine-grained bar extruded with A185Ni5Y8Co2 alloy powder with SiO2 particles dispersed and solidified under dry condition was investigated by pin-ring friction tester. The results show that with the increase of SiO2 mass fraction, the wear resistance of the alloy increases. Friction process, adhesive wear and abrasion generated abrasive wear and tear repeatedly play and continue to strengthen, especially abrasive wear significantly. Transmission electron microscopy and electron probe X-ray were also used to analyze the morphology and composition of wear debris.
