近些年来,学生个性的发展日渐得到教学工作者的重视。面对21世纪教育的发展趋势和现代社会对人才的要求,如何提高人的社会竞争力,培养学生学习的兴趣,势必成为学校体育教学中的一个重要内容。体育教学是学校教育的主要活动,课堂交往是师生相处的主要方式,教师应该充分发挥教学对促进学生个性发展的主渠道作用,使学生个性得到全面、和谐的发展。
In recent years, the development of student’s personality has been paid more and more attention by teaching workers. Facing the development trend of 21st century education and the requirement of talent in modern society, how to improve people’s social competitiveness and cultivate the interest of students is bound to become an important content in school PE teaching. Physical education is the main activity of school education. Class communication is the main way for teachers and students to get along with each other. Teachers should give full play to the main channel of teaching to promote the development of students ’personalities, so that students’ personality can be fully and harmoniously developed.
