在中国艺术品市场繁荣发展、艺术市场管理体系不够健全、社会诚信尚存在严重问题的情况下,艺术品市场赝品泛滥成灾,艺术品鉴定纠纷层出不穷,重证据的司法鉴定系统不认可仅凭经验的艺术品鉴定结论,尤其是艺术品鉴定行业鱼龙混杂,缺少专业人员的资质审核与业务操作的规范管理,更缺少各专业机构间相互协作的系统。为了治理并规范中国艺术市场,让中国艺术品鉴定与管理走上健康发展之路,2013年春文化部召开了艺术品市场鉴定管理试点工作会议,并启动了部分省市的试点工作。文化部中央文化管理干部学院、中国艺术科技研究所、《艺术市场》杂志社为了推动形成中国艺术品
With the prosperity and development of the art market in China, the inadequate management system of the art market, and the serious problems in the social integrity, there are numerous fake goods in the art market and endless disputes over the identification of the artefacts. The conclusion of the artwork appraisal, especially the art identification industry quite a mixed bag, the lack of professional qualification examination and standard operation of business operations, but also the lack of collaboration between professional agencies of the system.
