1.引言宽展一直是轧制理论研究的主要课题之一,在解决定展计算问题方面已做了许多工作,提出了一系列计算公式。由于宽展是一个复杂的变形问题,采用精确的解析方法十分困难,因此许多公式都是在一定假设下导出的,其应用面窄且精度不高。50年代后,根据实验结果得到了几个回归公式,但对公式中选用的参量没有进行系统分析,公式中没有直接考虑摩擦系数,使应用范围受到一定限制。本文在系统理论分析下,合理选取了模型参量及结构,以大量实验数据为基础,提出了一个新的宽展计算公式。 2.宽展模型中参量的选取
1. Introduction Widen exhibition has been one of the main topics in rolling theory research. Much work has been done to solve the problem of exhibition calculation and a series of calculation formulas have been put forward. Due to the wide spread is a complex deformation problem, it is very difficult to adopt an accurate analytical method. Therefore, many formulas are derived under certain assumptions, and their applications are narrow and not accurate. After the 1950s, several regression formulas were obtained based on the experimental results. However, no systematic analysis was conducted on the parameters selected in the formulas. The coefficient of friction was not directly considered in the formula, which limited the application scope. In this paper, under the theoretical analysis of the system, a reasonable choice of the model parameters and structure, based on a large number of experimental data, proposed a new wide spread calculation formula. 2.
