本文论述了在工厂铸造生产的常规工艺条件下,进行ZL101、ZL104合金压铸机械性能试验,获得ZL101、ZL104合金压铸抗拉强度分别为27kgf/mm~2与30kgf/mm~2的结果,且压铸机械性能对于金属型铸造有较大幅度的提高,并将压铸试验数据与原航标及国外标准进行对比,从而可看到此压铸试验机械性能数据对于原航标的提高程度及其在国际上所处的水平。 铸造铝合金被广泛地应用于日常生活和航空工业,对于铝合金砂型铸造和金属型铸造的机械性能,国内外曾作过大量的研究,但是,对于铝合金压铸的机械性能,国外虽有研究,而国内则并未系统性地进行过深入细致的研究。为此,我们作了一系列压铸铝合金铸造试棒机械性能的试验,本文为ZL101,ZL104合金部分。
In this paper, the mechanical properties of ZL101 and ZL104 alloy die-casting machines were investigated under the conventional process conditions of foundry production.
