本工作用失重法和交流阻抗法研究了非离子型表面活性剂平平加0-20对碳钢在1N HCl和1NH_2SO_4溶液中腐蚀行为的影响,以及同主体缓蚀组份之间的相互关系。结果表明,平平加0-20对碳钢在酸中的腐蚀具有一定的抑制作用。这是通过表面活性剂分子在碳钢界面上的松散吸附而实现的。而且在HCl和H_2SO_4溶液中得到相同的吸附模型。在同主体缓蚀剂共存时。随着缓蚀剂浓度的不同,表现出缓蚀剂分子和平平加分子之间的平行吸附和竟争吸附两种不同的行为。
In this work, the effects of non-ionic surfactant leveling plus 0-20 on the corrosion behavior of carbon steel in 1N HCl and 1NH_2SO_4 solutions and the relationship with corrosion inhibitors were investigated by weight loss method and AC impedance method. The results show that the average plus 0-20 carbon steel corrosion in acid has a certain inhibitory effect. This is achieved by the loose adsorption of surfactant molecules on the carbon steel interface. Moreover, the same adsorption model was obtained in HCl and H 2 SO 4 solutions. Coexist with the main corrosion inhibitor. With the different concentrations of corrosion inhibitor, it shows two different behaviors of parallel adsorption and competitive adsorption between corrosion inhibitor molecules and equimolar molecules.
