为研究黄芪多糖对鲫鱼生长性能及营养物质沉积的影响。选择216尾体质量(120±13)g(P>0.05)的健康鲫鱼,按体质量随机分为饲喂基础饵料的对照组、0.05%黄芪多糖组、0.10%黄芪多糖组和0.15%黄芪多糖组。试验前预饲6 d,全鱼称质量,试验过程共56 d,于1、13、28和56 d称质量,用于测定鲫鱼的生长性能;另外,于28和56 d取全鱼试样,用于测定鱼粉中钙、磷、蛋白和脂肪的含量,进而分析黄芪多糖对鲫鱼的影响。结果表明:黄芪多糖添加量为0.15%时,能够极显著提高鲫鱼的质量及磷含量;添加黄芪多糖能够极显著降低鲫鱼病死率,增强机体免疫性能。
To study the effect of Astragalus polysaccharides on the growth performance and nutrient deposition of Carassius auratus. The healthy crucian carp with 216 tail body mass (120 ± 13) g (P> 0.05) were randomly divided into control group fed with basal diet, 0.05% APS, 0.10% Astragalus polysaccharide and 0.15% Astragalus polysaccharide group. The whole fish was weighed for 6 days before the test, and the quality of the whole fish was measured for 56 days. The quality at 1, 13, 28 and 56 d was used to measure the growth performance of the carp. In addition, the whole fish samples were taken at 28 and 56 days , Used to determine the content of calcium, phosphorus, protein and fat in fish meal, and then analyzed the effect of astragalus polysaccharide on crucian carp. The results showed that when the content of astragalus polysaccharide was 0.15%, the quality and phosphorus content of crucian carp could be significantly improved. Adding astragalus polysaccharide could significantly reduce the mortality of crucian carp and enhance the immune function.
