以瓯江彩鲤5个配套选育系完全双列杂交产生的25个组合的子一代为研究对象,利用数理统计方法对“全红”、“大花”、“麻花”、“粉玉”和“粉花”5种体色瓯江彩鲤的生长性状(体重、全长、体长、体高和体宽)进行了连续16个月的动态观察与分析。结果表明,5种体色瓯江彩鲤生长动态基本一致,呈现出“S”型生长特点,6-10月份生长极为迅速,其绝对生长率和特定生长率最高;“大花”和“粉花”两种体色瓯江彩鲤从一龄阶段起就表现出生长优势,其生长显著快于其他3种体色(P<0.05),“粉玉”体色生长速度最慢;5种体色瓯江彩鲤不同月份的体重变异系数均较大(C.V=8%~35%);各生长月份体重对试验末体重呈显著直线相关,其决定系数随生长而逐渐增大(r2=0.000 2~0.993 6,P<0.01);在二龄阶段的7月份前,各体色瓯江彩鲤在不同月份的肥满度为3.2~3.5,在7月份之后,肥满度系数逐渐增高到3.7左右,“全红”体色瓯江彩鲤的肥满度各月份均最高,而“粉花”和“粉玉”两种体色的肥满度各月份均较低。本研究结果为不同体色瓯江彩鲤进一步优化选育提供了理论依据。
A total of 25 subgenues of 25 combinations generated by complete diallel cross breeding of 5 complementary breeding lines of Oujiang color common carp were used as research objects. Body weight of each month of the Oujiang River had a significant linear correlation with body weight at the end of each month, and its coefficient of determination gradually increased with growth r2 = 0.0002 ~ 0.993 6, P <0.01). Before July of the second age stage, the plumpness of each body color Oujiang color common carp was 3.2 ~ 3.5 in different months. After July, the plumpness coefficient increased gradually To 3.7 or so, “all red ” body color Oujiang color carp fullness of each month are the highest, and “pink flower ” and “pink jade ” two kinds of body color fatness is lower in each month . The results of this study provide a theoretical basis for further optimization and breeding of different body color Oujiang color common carp.
