近年明确了细胞间的粘附及信号传递明显与细胞间粘附分子有关。属于免疫球蛋白超家族的粘附分子之一的ICAM-1(细胞间粘附分子-1)与体内多种反应有关,尤其在变态反应与炎症反应时的T淋巴细胞激活与白细胞渗出中发挥了重要作用。利用该作用机制可以对多发的急、慢性变态反应疾病进行多方面的治疗。此次以对细胞表面表达的ICAM-1量的抑制作用为指标,探讨了各种天然化合物的作用。
