全部由优秀学生们编辑,部分文章也由学生撰写的《北大法律评论》已经五年了。人生五岁还是孩子,学术刊物五年已进入关键期。因为大部分刊物从创刊到五年的时候,面临两种前途:有越办越好者,刊物进入成熟期,从此在学术领域稳定下来,建立了自己的读者群,形成自己的风格,在众多刊物竞争中以特质取得一席之地。也有办不下去者,从此作者与读者人气衰落,文章质量下降,刊物逐步在书店中消失。《北大法律评论》毫无疑问属于前者,现在不但有稳定的读者群和作者群,还有充分的潜力萌发新突破和大创意:改版式,换封面,调纸张,增开本。每年都以一个新面目示人,显示出学生编辑们追求向上的完美心态、卓越理想和创造激情。也许是我本人“老气”了,每每看到刊物改换封面时,内心里感到熟悉的朋友走到哪里去了?年轻人会说:谁会一年到头总穿一件衣服呢?
It has been five years since Peking University Law Review was edited by all the top students and some of the articles were also written by students. Five years old or a child, academic journals have entered a crucial period for five years. Because most of the publications from the first publication to five years when faced with two future: there are more and better, publication into maturity, and thus stable in the academic field, set up their own readership, to form their own style, in many Publication competition to gain a place with traits. There are also unsustainable, from the author and readers popularity decline, the quality of the article, the publication gradually disappear in the bookstore. There is no doubt that Peking University Law Review belongs to the former. Now it not only has a steady base of readers and writers, but also has full potential to sprout new breakthroughs and big ideas: revision, change of cover, transfer of paper and increase of capital. Every year with a new face show people, showing the students editor’s pursuit of the perfect mentality, excellent ideals and create passion. Perhaps I myself, “old-fashioned”, often see the publication change cover, the hearts of familiar friends where to go? Young people will say: who always wear a dress all year long?
