本研究观察复方降脂散预防给药对实验性大鼠高脂血症的影响。结果表明给药10天,复方降脂散可降低高脂大鼠的血清TC、TG、LDL-C和TC/HDL-C的水平,作用优于绞股蓝总甙;并能降低血液粘度和血浆比粘度,增加红细胞变形性,降低血小板聚集性和血小板粘附性。使前列腺素/血栓素B_2比值保持平衡。其调脂作用与影响外源性脂质代谢以及改善血液流变学指标有关。
This study was to observe the effect of compound Jiangzhisan on the prevention of hyperlipidemia in experimental rats. The results showed that after 10 days of administration, Fufang Jiangzhi Powder can reduce serum TC, TG, LDL-C and TC/HDL-C levels in high-fat rats, and its effect is better than that of Gynostemma pentaphyllum; it can also reduce blood viscosity and plasma ratio. Viscosity, increased erythrocyte deformability, decreased platelet aggregation and platelet adhesion. Balance the prostaglandin/thromboxane B 2 ratio. Its lipid regulating effect is related to the influence of exogenous lipid metabolism and improvement of hemorheological parameters.
