经济的发展让发供电的建设逐渐增加,我国电力行业的快速发展使人们开始关注和重视电力行业基层员工的职业综合素质。技术的不断发展使先进的科学技术不断地被应用到电力企业的生产当中,这对电力施工企业的员工素质提出了客观的更高的要求,提升员工的操作技能水平是电力行业发展的大势所趋,本文对电力施工企业的基层员工的技能培训对策做了详细的研究探讨,为相关人士和研究学者提供相应的资料。
Economic development makes the construction of power generation and power supply gradually increase. The rapid development of China’s power industry has started to pay attention to and attach importance to the comprehensive quality of the employees in the power industry. The continuous development of technology enables advanced science and technology to be continuously applied to the production of electric power enterprises. This puts forward objective and higher requirements on the quality of employees of electric power construction enterprises. Improving the skill level of employees is the general trend of the development of the electric power industry, This paper makes a detailed study and discussion on the skill training strategies for grass-roots employees in power construction enterprises, and provides corresponding information for relevant persons and researchers.
