近年来,农村争“风水”纠纷时有发生,巨呈逐年增多趋势。因争“风水”引发的纠纷,不仅影响群众正常的生产和生活,而且极易引发各种矛盾,危害农村社会治安和稳定。因此,研究分析农村争“风水”的纠纷类型、特点、成因,并积极探索防范措施,提出解决对策,对农村社会治安综合治理来讲,是一项颇有意义的工作。一、表现类型从尤溪县法院受理案件看,1999年5件,2000年7件,2001年9件,2002年12件,总计33件。按争议的具体内容,可分为:1.损害赔偿类。共计21件,占总数的63.6%。争“风水”纠纷时间比较长,有的已由有关部门多次协调解决
