京津冀协同发展的背景之下,使区域经济结构优化以及经济发展速度逐步加快,为农业院校大学生自主创业提供了很大的机遇,但是农业院校大学生自主创业的热情不是很高,因此需要采取措施促使大学生努力抓住京津冀协同发展的优势,积极主动地进行创业,实现自身的价值。本文分析了农业院校大学生创业中存在的问题,并进一步分析了京津冀协同发展背景下促进农业院校大学生自主创业的对策。
Under the background of coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, the optimization of regional economic structure and the gradual acceleration of economic growth have provided great opportunities for students of agricultural universities to start their own businesses. However, the enthusiasm of students in independent colleges of agricultural universities is not very high. Therefore, It is necessary to take measures to motivate college students to seize the advantages of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Ji and actively carry on their businesses and achieve their own values. This article analyzes the existing problems in the undertaking of undergraduates in agricultural colleges and universities, and further analyzes the countermeasures to promote the independent entrepreneurship of agricultural colleges in the context of the coordinated development of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
