The Resources Committee is an organization under the former KMT government that is responsible for the construction of heavy industries. From the middle of the 30s to the time of the liberation of the country, it has been responsible for planning and promoting the modernization of industry during this period, and has always regarded the introduction of foreign capital and advanced technology as one of the focuses of promoting the modernization of Chinese industry.
