采用傅里叶红外光谱仪、扫描电镜对一步法合成魔芋超强吸水剂颗粒进行表征,并在高、中、低湿环境下进行吸湿性能测试。结果表明,N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺和氧化铝以酰胺键和配位键的形式发生了交联反应,羧基吸收峰表明丙烯酸钠结合在魔芋葡甘聚糖分子链上。一步法合成的魔芋超强吸水剂颗粒粒径是水溶液聚合成的两倍,并为较为规则球状,且吸湿性能优于后者。魔芋超强吸水剂适合在高、中湿环境条件下做吸水材料。
Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) and scanning electron microscopy (SEM) were used to characterize the konjac superabsorbent particles prepared by one-step method. The hygroscopic properties were tested under high, medium and low humidity conditions. The results showed that N, N-methylene-bis-acrylamide and aluminum oxide cross-link in the form of amide bonds and coordination bonds. The carboxyl absorption peak indicates that sodium acrylate binds to the molecular chain of konjac glucomannan. One-step synthesis of konjac super absorbent particles particle size is twice as much as the aqueous solution polymerization, and a more regular spherical, and the moisture absorption performance is better than the latter. Super absorbent konjac suits in high, medium humidity absorbent material.
