通过原位聚合法制备了太西无烟煤/聚苯胺(TXC/PANI)导电复合材料,对太西无烟煤(TXC)分别进行NaClO和H2O2/NaClO联合氧化处理,研究了氧化处理对TXC及TXC/PANI复合材料结构和性能的影响。结果表明,氧化作用改变了TXC的孔结构和分布,起到疏通孔道的作用,提高了TXC与PANI之间的相互作用。NaClO氧化使TXC/PANI复合材料的电导率提高到10-1S/cm,热稳定性则有所降低。该研究结果对无烟煤功能材料化利用提供了一条有效途径。
The TXC / PANI conductive composites were prepared by in-situ polymerization. The TXC was oxidized by NaClO and H2O2 / NaClO respectively. The effects of oxidative treatment on TXC and TXC / PANI Effect of Composite Structure and Properties. The results showed that the oxidation changed the pore structure and distribution of TXC, played the role of dredging channels and increased the interaction between TXC and PANI. The oxidation of NaClO enhanced the conductivity of TXC / PANI composites to 10-1S / cm and the thermal stability decreased. The results of this study provide an effective way for the utilization of anthracite functional materials.
