慢性鼻炎手术中，妥善处理下鼻甲的不同病变，是提高疗效、促进愈合、减少并发症的关键。为探讨提高本病疗效的方法，我们在行下鼻甲粘膜瓣法切除术、粘骨膜下切除术、骨折移位术的基础上，设计了下鼻甲成形术，重建下鼻甲，疗效满意。报告如下。１ 资料与方法１．１ 临床
Chronic rhinitis surgery, proper treatment of inferior turbinate different lesions, is to improve the efficacy and promote healing and reduce complications of the key.
