目的:观察加味六味地黄汤对2型糖尿病大鼠血糖及血脂的影响。方法:采用高脂高热量饲料喂养并结合小剂量链脲佐菌素(STZ)腹腔注射的方法制备2型糖尿病大鼠模型成功后给药,给药后测定大鼠血糖、糖化血清蛋白、胰岛素水平和血脂等生化指标。结果:加味六味地黄汤高剂量组与模型组比较,在血糖、糖化血清蛋白、空腹血清胰岛素、甘油三脂、总胆固醇、血清丙二醛、胰腺丙二醛等血液生化指标方面具有非常显著性差异(P<0.01),中、低剂量组也有差异,呈现一定的疗效关系。结论:加味六味地黄汤能有效的降低血糖和血脂,可预防和治疗糖尿病及其并发症。
Objective: To observe the effect of Jiawei Liuwei Dihuang decoction on blood glucose and blood lipid in type 2 diabetic rats.
