针对300MW、600MW大容量四角切圆燃烧锅炉水平烟道内烟温偏差的现状,用数值分析的手段对炉内和水平烟道内流场进行了计算,得出炉膛出口残余旋转造成了炉内左右侧烟气流动图谱不同,从而进一步引发水平烟道内烟温偏差的结论,并根据数值计算得到的炉内和水平烟道内流动特性,指出检验人员在现场进行锅炉内部检验时应注意的环节。
Aiming at the present situation of smoke temperature deviation in horizontal flue of 300MW and 600MW large-capacity tangential fired boilers, the numerical analysis is used to calculate the flow field in the flue and the horizontal flue.
