笔者在某住宅楼增层改造工程设计中,采用“π”形砖混结构外包的增层改造方案,成功地改造了原三层建筑使用面积,解决了新增部分每层6户改为每层4户布置难题,收到了良好效果。1 工程概况及增层改造要求该工程为三层砖混结构住宅楼,三个单元,每单元两户,每层6户布局,建筑总面积1166m~2。该工程1986年建成使用,1998年增层改造,目前已通过竣工验收。
In the design of the additional floor renovation project of a residential building, the author adopted the “增”-shaped brick-concrete structure outsourcing layer increase transformation program, successfully reconstructed the original three-story building use area, and solved the newly-increased 6 households per floor. For 4 households on each floor layout problems, received good results. 1 Project Overview and Build-up Reform Requirements The project is a three-storey brick-concrete residential building with three units, each with two houses and six houses on each floor. The total building area is 1166m~2. The project was completed and put into use in 1986. It was built in 1998 and has passed the completion acceptance.
