流感时节,感冒的人群骤多,引发了市民的高度紧张。在恐慌心理的作用下,许多人开始抢购感冒用药,身体稍感不适便食用药片。医学专家紧急叫停这样的做法,并建议市民做到“三要三不要”。要注意保暖不受凉,要多食用蔬菜水果,饮用纯果汁补充维C,要养成卫生的生活习惯;不要去人群密集的地方,不要与感冒患者亲密接触,不要过度抽烟饮酒。 Flu season, sudden cold crowd, triggered a high degree of public tension.
