本文用高效液相色谱法测定参茸白凤丸中阿魏酸的含量，用Ｃ１８柱；以５％ＨＡＣ－ＣＨ３ＯＨ（７０∶３０）为流动相；检测波长为３１３ｎｍ。结果表明阿魏酸在０．０１～０．１ｍｇ／ｍｌ浓度范围内与峰面积有较好的线性关系，平均回收率为９７．４％，ＲＳＤ为０．５８％
In this paper, the content of ferulic acid in gingivalis Baifeng Wan was determined by high performance liquid chromatography with C18 column; the mobile phase was 5% HAC-CH3OH (70:30); the detection wavelength was 313 nm. The results showed that the concentration of ferulic acid in the range of 0.01 ~ 0.1mg / ml has a good linear relationship with the peak area, the average recovery was 97.4%, RSD was 0.58%
