目的探讨坤泰胶囊联合激素替代法(HRT)治疗卵巢早衰(POF)的疗效。方法采用随机数字表法将150例POF患者分为对照组和观察组各75例,对照组采用HRT方案治疗,观察组则在HRT方案基础上再联合使用坤泰胶囊,对比分析两组患者治疗前后的性激素水平、治疗有效率等指标。结果治疗前两组患者血清黄体生成素(LH)、卵泡刺激素(FSH)、雌二醇(E_2)相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组与对照组血清LH、FSH均显著下降,血清E_2均显著升高,与治疗前差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组FSH显著低于对照组,E_2显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但两组间血清LH比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组治愈33例(44.00%)、有效35例(46.67%)、无效7例(9.33%),治疗有效率为90.67%;对照组治愈29例(38.67%)、有效24例(32.00%)、无效22例(29.33%),治疗有效率为70.67%;观察组治疗有效率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论坤泰胶囊联合HRT治疗POF的疗效确切。
Objective To investigate the curative effect of Kuntai capsule combined with hormone replacement therapy (HRT) on premature ovarian failure (POF). Methods 150 cases of POF patients were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method. The control group was treated with HRT program. The observation group was combined with Kuntai capsule on the basis of HRT program. The two groups were compared Before and after the level of sex hormones, treatment and other indicators of efficiency. Results There was no significant difference in serum LH, FSH and E2 between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of LH and FSH in the observation group and the control group were significantly decreased, while the levels of serum E_2 in the observation group and the control group were significantly increased. The differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). After treatment, FSH in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group, and E_2 was significantly higher than that in control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in serum LH between two groups (P> 0.05). In the observation group, 33 cases (44.00%) were cured, 35 cases (46.67%) were effective, 7 cases (9.33%) were ineffective and the effective rate was 90.67% , Ineffective in 22 cases (29.33%), the effective rate of treatment was 70.67%. The effective rate of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusions KunTai capsule combined with HRT is effective in treating POF.
