研究了从室温到1000C范围内,温度对二元及含Cr或Ti的Fe-36.5at.%Al合金的拉伸力学性能和断口形貌的影响。结果表明,二元FeAl合金的拉伸力学性能及断口形貌发生显著变化的温度在500~700C范围。5at.%Cr对FeAl合金的塑性和高温强度的提高有益处,而2at.%Ti对合金高温性能的改善有贡献。Cr或Ti的加入使FeAl合金发生中温脆性的温度范围缩小,并使合金的拉伸断裂方式发生改变。
The effects of temperature on tensile properties and fracture morphology of binary and Fe-36.5at.% Al alloys containing Cr or Ti from room temperature to 1000C were investigated. The results show that the mechanical properties of the binary FeAl alloy and fracture morphology change significantly in the temperature range of 500 ~ 700C. 5at.% Cr is beneficial to the improvement of plasticity and high temperature strength of FeAl alloy, while 2at.% Ti contributes to the improvement of high temperature performance of alloy. The addition of Cr or Ti reduces the temperature range of medium temperature brittleness of FeAl alloy and changes the tensile fracture mode of the alloy.
