用体外循环血液灌注装置,复制布比卡因离体兔心中毒模型,研究肾上腺素(E)对布比卡因心脏毒性的防治作用。结果:中毒组(A组)布比卡因(2.5μmol/L)能引起心率减慢、传导阻滞、心律失常、冠脉阻力增加、血流量减少和血浆CPK及CK-MB漏出增多;预防组(B组)同时应用布比卡因和E,E能明显抑制布比卡因的心肌毒性,除心率减慢外,给药后各项指标与给药前比较无显著差异(P>0.05);治疗组(C组)E能缩短心律失常的持续时间,降低冠脉阻力,改善冠脉血液循环,使心肌CPK和CK-MB漏出减少。结论:E对布比卡因心肌毒性作用具有一定的防治效应。
To study the preventive and therapeutic effects of epinephrine (E) on the cardiotoxicity of bupivacaine in rabbits with cardiopulmonary bypass model. Results: Bupivacaine (2.5μmol / L) in the poisoning group (A group) could cause slow down of heart rate, increase of conduction block, arrhythmia and coronary resistance, decrease of blood flow and increase of leakage of plasma CPK and CK- Bupivacaine and E, E could significantly inhibit the myocardial toxicity of bupivacaine in the prevention group (group B), and there was no significant difference between the two groups after administration (P> 0.05). The treatment group (C group) E can shorten the duration of arrhythmia, reduce coronary resistance, improve coronary blood circulation, myocardial CPK and CK-MB leakage decreased. Conclusion: E has some preventive and therapeutic effects on the myocardial toxicity of bupivacaine.
