Objective To analyze the effect and scheme of individualized comprehensive treatment for refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease and provide reference for clinical treatment. Methods 125 patients with refractory gastric reflux disease were randomly divided into observation group (63 cases) and control group (62 cases). Patients in the control group were treated routinely. Patients in the observation group were given individualized comprehensive treatment based on conventional administration in the control group, and were given acupoint stimulation and individualized medication regimen. Analysis of two groups of patients treatment effect. Results The total clinical effective rate (84.1%) in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that in the control group (56.5%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). There were no significant differences in the scores of gastrointestinal symptoms between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05). After treatment, the scores of gastrointestinal symptoms in both groups were lower than those before treatment, and the scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group <0.05). There was no significant difference in HAMD and HAMA scores between the two groups before treatment (P> 0.05); HAMD and HAMA scores decreased after treatment in both groups, and the observation group Lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion In the treatment of refractory gastroesophageal reflux disease, the individual comprehensive treatment regimen can significantly improve the patient’s heartburn, acid reflux and other symptoms and improve their quality of life.
