目的了解各科室消毒灭菌的现状,为控制医院感染提供依据。方法对29个临床科室的空气、使用中的消毒液、高压蒸汽灭菌效果、医护人员手和物体表面的消毒灭菌质量进行监测。结果2006年全年空气消毒合格率为70.74%,消毒液和高压蒸汽灭菌合格率为100.00%,医护人员手和物体表面消毒合格率分别为88.03%和93.71%。结论应加强医院消毒灭菌效果的监测,充分合理地利用监测资料,及时发现医院感染的各种隐患,降低医院感染的发生率。
Objective To understand the status of disinfection and sterilization in various departments and provide basis for controlling hospital infection. Methods The air quality of 29 clinical departments, the disinfectant in use, the effect of autoclave sterilization, the quality of disinfection and sterilization on the surface of medical staff and objects were monitored. Results The qualified rate of air disinfection in the whole year of 2006 was 70.74%, the pass rate of sterilizing liquid and high-pressure steam sterilization was 100.00%, the pass rate of disinfection on the surface of hand and body of medical staff was 88.03% and 93.71% respectively. Conclusion The monitoring of disinfection and sterilization in hospitals should be strengthened, the monitoring data should be used reasonably, various hidden dangers of hospital infection should be found in time, and the incidence of nosocomial infections should be reduced.
