当前社会,经济在飞速发展,企业之间的竞争越来越激烈,很多企业开始意识到管理的重要性。我国的企业在经营管理上做得还不够完善,特别是企业资金管理中存在的风险,给企业发展带来了很多困难。如果企业没有完善的资金管理体系为指导,一旦在资金运转上出现问题,就会给企业带来很大的经济损失。因此,现阶段对我国企业资金管理过程中的风险与管控的探讨很有必要。
