社会主义新农村建设,需要大批有文化、懂科技、会经营、善管理的新型农民。这就对农村成人教育提出了新的更高的要求。农村成人教育必须以提高农民综合素质为核心,对农民进行学历提升和技能教育;办学必须与时俱进,拓宽发展思路,开辟新的发展空间,更好地为三农服务。
Building a new socialist countryside requires a large number of new peasants who have culture, science and technology, will operate and are well-managed. This puts new and higher requirements on rural adult education. Adult education in rural areas must improve the overall qualifications of peasants and educate peasants about qualifications and skills. Running schools must keep pace with the times, broaden development ideas, open up new space for development and better serve the agriculture, rural areas and farmers.
