气垫微震造型机具有结构简单,适应负荷范围大,震击性能较好等特点,适于中小型铸造车间多品种、小批量生产的需要。本文介绍了造型机的结构原理和特点,重点讨论了微震机构的特点和震击特性。该造型机的单纯微震具有压震的特点,一方面它的撞击比能、紧实效率不受负荷交化的影响,另一方面不同负荷要求不同的撞击能量时,可用调节气压的方法,以保持撞击强度一定,使铸型达到必要的紧实度。文中还简述了震击机构主要参数的计算方法,可供设计参考。
