借助SEM/EDXA、IR和XRD等测试手段,以活性加拿大白云质石灰岩和非活性的安徽白云石为集料,研究了水泥石-白云石集料界面的显微结构。结果表明,不论白云石集料是否具有碱活性,其与水泥石的界面结构是相似的,都可以分为四层。为此,本文提出水泥石-白云石集料界面显微结构的四层模型:渗透层、界面反应层、结晶层和易干裂层,其中结晶层与易干裂层之间碱含量最高、C/S比最低(约1—1.5),是界面区的薄弱处。同时,界面水泥侧的易干裂层对混凝土的界面性能(如粘结强度等)可能有一定影响。
With the help of SEM/EDXA, IR, and XRD, the microstructure of cement-dolomite aggregate interface was studied using active Canadian dolomitic limestone and inactive dolomite. The results show that, regardless of whether the dolomite aggregates have alkaline activity, the interface structure with the cement stone is similar and can be divided into four layers. Therefore, this paper presents a four-layer model of the interface microstructure of cementitious-dolomite aggregates: seepage layer, interfacial reaction layer, crystal layer, and easy-to-severe layer, in which the content of alkali between the crystal layer and the easy-crack layer is the highest, C/. S is the lowest (about 1-1.5), which is the weakness of the interface area. At the same time, the easy-to-be-dried layer on the interface side of cement may have certain influence on the interface properties (such as bond strength) of concrete.
