在大连组合机床研究所设计的鼓轮式组合机床上,最早采用的是苏联的HO225HO226型回转定位机构,其主要缺点是转位精度低。图1所示为这种机构的结构示意图。 鼓轮是由安装在动力头前端面上的长圆柱销进行定位的,销与孔之间的间隙较大,鼓轮无夹紧装置,系统刚性差,加工时容易晃动。鼓轮回转轴的两端用的是一般滚动轴承,磨损后,其间隙不能依靠调整来补偿,致使鼓轮下垂,影响定位精度。回转机构用的球面马氏槽盘,加工困难。其传动装置结构复杂,体积大,安装不够灵活。
In the combination of drum machine designed by Dalian Institute of machine tools, the earliest use of the Soviet Union HO225HO226-type rotary positioning mechanism, the main disadvantage is the low precision indexing. Figure 1 shows the structure of this mechanism diagram. The drum is positioned by a long cylindrical pin mounted on the front face of the powerhead. The gap between the pin and the hole is large. The drum has no clamping device and the system has poor rigidity and is easily shaken during processing. Drum rotating shaft ends are used in general rolling bearings, wear, the gap can not rely on adjustment to compensate, causing the drum sag, affecting the positioning accuracy. Rotary institutions with the ball Mabing disk, processing difficulties. The transmission structure is complex, bulky, not flexible enough to install.
