本文运用断裂力学的观点,试验研究了稀土添加量对55SiMnMo钎钢疲劳裂纹扩展速率(da/dN)的影响。稀土合金添加量按照残余稀土量与硫含量之比值分四种情况,即:RE/S=0,RE/S=1.0,RE/S=4.0,RE/S=6.0进行了试验研究。按照Paris公式整理试验结果表明:稀土元素对55SiMnMo钢的疲劳裂纹扩展速率(da/dN)有一定的影响。当RE/S增加时,有助于减缓裂纹的扩展速率。这与扫描电镜分析相符合。
In this paper, the influence of rare earth addition on the fatigue crack growth rate (da / dN) of 55SiMnMo brazing steels has been experimentally studied from the viewpoint of fracture mechanics. According to the ratio of rare earth and sulfur content, RE / S = 0, RE / S = 1.0, RE / S = 4.0 and RE / S = 6.0 were studied. According to Paris formula finishing test results show that: rare earth elements of 55SiMnMo steel fatigue crack growth rate (da / dN) have a certain impact. As RE / S increases, it helps to slow the rate of crack growth. This is consistent with scanning electron microscopy analysis.
