我厂连杆盖毛坯的锻造,由原来的粗锻再机械加工改为精锻。精锻工艺U型断面不用再机加工抛光,只需锻后喷丸。但U型断面有折叠,质量低劣。经反复试验,改进了工艺方案、模具结构,解决了U型断面锻造折叠问题。下面谈谈断面折叠的产生、解决过程。一、断面折叠的产生分析了多次试验的样品,发现折叠均在①、④两筋的内圆角处(图1),而②、③两筋内外圆角处均完好无缺。与连杆工字断面相比较,发现连杆工字断面折叠也在两筋的内圆
Our factory link rod blank forging, from the rough forging and then machining to precision forging. Forging process U-section without machining polishing, just forging shot peening. However, U-shaped section has folded, poor quality. After repeated tests, improved process scheme, mold structure, to solve the U-shaped section forging folding problem. Here to talk about the collapse of the cross section, to solve the process. First, the cross-section of the fold analysis of a number of samples tested and found that the fold are ①, ④ two ribs at the fillet (Figure 1), and ②, ③ two tendons both inside and outside the corner intact. Compared with the I-section of the connecting rod, it is found that the I-section of the connecting rod is also folded in the inner circle of the two bars
