人类生存的环境具有周期性变化,为适应此环境,人体生理活动也具有明显的昼夜节律。强调按最佳昼夜时刻给药的时间治疗癌症的原则,20年前早已提出,然而未引起应有重视,故进展缓慢。现已有丰富的实验研究和临床试验资料表明,药物的毒性与疗效,以及肿瘤细胞对药物的敏感性,均依给药的昼夜时刻不同而差别很大。时间治疗也激发了技术上的革新,适用于多种药物联合治疗癌症的、由传感器和各药最佳给药时刻调控的自动化设备即将问世。
Human environment has a cyclical change, in order to adapt to this environment, human physiological activity also has a significant circadian rhythm. Emphasizing that the principle of cancer treatment at the optimal time of day and night, which was proposed 20 years ago, has not been given due attention and has been slow to progress. There is a wealth of experimental research and clinical trial data show that the toxicity and efficacy of drugs, as well as the sensitivity of tumor cells to drugs, vary widely depending on the time of day and night of administration. Time treatment has also inspired technological innovations that apply to the combination of multiple drugs for the treatment of cancer, with the upcoming automation of sensors and the optimal timing of administration of each drug.
