泥渣颗粒在蒸汽发生器(SG)管束区的沉积是传热管发生腐蚀的主要原因。本文通过数值模拟来研究泥渣颗粒在SG管束区的沉积特性以及不同粒径的泥渣颗粒在管束区不同位置的沉积特性。研究表明:低流速和回流是泥渣颗粒在管束区滞留的主要原因;当颗粒粒径较大时,泥渣颗粒在底板、流量分配板和支撑板上的沉积较为分散;随着粒径的减小,泥渣颗粒在底板上向中心处沉积,在流量分配板上向筒体处沉积,在支撑板上向中心处沉积。
The deposition of sludge particles in the tube area of the steam generator (SG) is the main reason for the corrosion of the heat transfer tubes. In this paper, the deposition characteristics of sludge particles in SG tube bundle region and the sedimentation characteristics of sludge particles with different particle sizes at different positions in the tube bundle region were studied by numerical simulation. The results show that the low flow rate and backflow are the main reasons for sludge particles staying in the tube bundle area. When the particle size is larger, the deposition of sludge particles on the bottom plate, flow distribution plate and support plate is more dispersed. The sediment particles are deposited on the floor toward the center, deposited on the flow distribution plate toward the cylinder, and deposited on the support toward the center.
