中法合作的上海市第一座35/10(6.6)千伏地下变电站工程,座落在锦江俱乐部南面的锦江花园内,变电站东墙紧靠茂名南路,马路另一侧即为锦江饭店。变电站设计容量为四万千瓦,工程所需的全部电气设备及工艺均由法国电力公司(E.D.F)提供,土建工程由法国电力公司委托在国际基础工程界有一定影响的专业企业——法国索列唐契公司(SOLETANCHE)承担初步设计;施工图设计及地下连续培施工则由上海市基础工程公司承担。地下变电站平面内净尺寸为29.7米×15.2米,开挖深度12.5米,其永久性的结构外墙采用80厘米厚的地下连续墙,墙深23.5米.土方开挖时,分别在相对标高-3.5米、-7.3米及-10.7米处各设一层φ609.6×11毫米的临时钢支撑,每层包括6根长15.2米
The first 35/10 (6.6) kV underground substation project in Shanghai, which is under Sino-French cooperation, is located in Jinjiang Garden south of Jinjiang Club. The east wall of the substation is next to Maoming South Road, and the other side of the road is Jinjiang Hotel. The substation has a design capacity of 40,000 kilowatts. All electrical equipment and processes required for the project are provided by the French Electric Power Company (EDF). The civil engineering project is commissioned by the French Electric Power Company and has a certain influence in the international infrastructure engineering sector. SOLETANCHE undertakes preliminary design; construction plan design and underground continuous cultivation are undertaken by Shanghai Basic Engineering Corporation. The in-plane net size of the underground substation is 29.7 meters by 15.2 meters, and the excavation depth is 12.5 meters. Its permanent structure uses an 80 cm-thick underground continuous wall with a wall depth of 23.5 meters. When the earth is excavated, it is at the relative elevation - At 3.5 meters, -7.3 meters and -10.7 meters, a temporary steel support of 609.6 x 11 mm is provided on each floor, and each floor includes 6 wires measuring 15.2 meters long.
