为了验证国产透明质酸钠（Ｈａ─Ｎａ）的临床效果，我们将该产品用于白内障囊内摘除、白内障囊外摘除及囊外加人工晶体植入和青光眼滤过手术等共５１９只眼，并将Ｈａ─Ｎａ的临床效果和反应与国产甲基纤维素（Ｍ、Ｃ）、平衡盐液（Ｂ、Ｓ、Ｓ）和Ｈｅａｌｏｎ进行了比较，并在术后１─１０天和１、２个月进行了裂隙灯、角膜厚度、滤过泡面积和眼内压进行了观测和评估。结果表明，Ｈａ─Ｎａ的作用与Ｈｅａｌｏｎ的作用相同，而优于Ｍ、Ｃ和Ｂ、Ｓ、Ｓ。通过观察其临床效果及反应表明，国产Ｈａ─Ｎａ与进口Ｈｅａｌｏｎ作用相同。本品已于１９９１年１２月３旧通过卫生部鉴定。
In order to verify the clinical efficacy of sodium-made sodium hyaluronate (Ha-Na), we used the product in a total of 519 eyes, including cataract extraction, cataract extraction and encapsulation with intraocular lens implantation and glaucoma filtration surgery. The clinical effects and responses of Ha-Na were compared with that of domestic methylcellulose (M, C), balanced salt solution (B, S, S) and Healon, and 1 to 10 days and 1, Slit lamp, corneal thickness, bleb area and intraocular pressure were observed and evaluated in January. The results showed that Ha-Na played the same role as Healon, but superior to M, C and B, S, S. By observing its clinical effect and response showed that domestic Ha ─ Na and import Healon the same effect. This product was December 1991 3 old through the Ministry of Health appraisal.
