以3H-8/450往复式注水泵为研究对象,在泵试验台上进行了液力端两种常见运行故障的模拟试验,研究了其振动特征与诊断方法。泵阀失效的模拟试验是将阀片开槽、将外弹簧折断,采集失效前后振动信号进行功率谱分析,得到了泵阀失效频域监测指标。柱塞失效的模拟试验是在 1#缸装入有缺陷的旧柱塞,采集失效前后有关测点的振动信号进行时域和频域分析,得到了特征监测点和时域、频域的监测指标。
Taking the 3H-8/450 reciprocating water injection pump as the research object, two kinds of common running faults on the hydraulic end are simulated on the pump test bench, and the vibration characteristics and diagnosis methods are studied. Pump failure simulation test is to notch the valve, the outer spring broken off, before and after the acquisition of vibration signal vibration power spectrum analysis obtained the failure of pump valve monitoring indicators. The simulation test of plunger failure is to load the defective old plunger in cylinder # 1 and collect the vibration signals of the measuring points before and after the failure in time and frequency domain analysis, and obtain the characteristic monitoring points and time and frequency domain monitoring index.
