对83名听力正常人的166只耳.记录了其脑干听觉诱发电位、测定其各波的潜伏期及波间期,并分析年龄.性别的影响。结果表明,各年龄组均存在明显性别差异。且以青年组为著。性别差异主要表现在Ⅲ.Ⅴ波。也发现脑干听觉诱发电位的各波在儿童期已趋稳定。50岁后.各波的潜伏期延长.Ⅰ波较明显。我们计算出本实验所用组合仪的正常值.提出脑干听觉诱发电位的动态标准,并应用于临床。
A total of 166 ears of 83 normal hearing persons were recorded, their brainstem auditory evoked potentials were recorded, their latency and wave interval were measured, and the effects of age and sex were analyzed.
