上海市闸北区中山北路小学以快乐队建为切入口,开展了“创建快乐集体,促进队员和谐发展”的研究,汇编了《让孩子在快乐集体中和谐发展》一书,学校提炼总结了少先队员有效参与少先队建设的十大途径。途径一:快乐岗位快乐岗位提倡把岗位的自主权给予队员,自主寻找岗位、自主分配岗位、自主制定岗位宣言、自主支配服务,真正实现“人人有岗位,人人都参与,人人尽责任”。岗位不仅使队员找到属于自己的那份责任与干劲,更使队员体会到了劳动和服务的价值;在岗位服务的实践中,形成集体的归属感。
