随着新课程改革的进一步深入,在我国教育界引起了一次全新的改变,从理论到实践,从教师到学生都有了全新的转变。新课程改革在教学模式、课程功能、授课方式、教学内容、结构、评价以及管理等各个方面都有了更加明确的目标和要求,这对于一线的教育工作者来说,是一次很大的改变,这些改变主要是体现在教师的教育观念、教育行为方面的转变。也就是说,新课改对教育教学工作者又提出了更高、更新的要求,需要教师具有与时俱进的精神,迅速、准确的理解和实践新课程。
