Case Summary Employee Zhu Zhu reached an employment agreement with a construction enterprise in the labor market and after interviews, signed a three-year labor contract with the enterprise for a motor vehicle. After signing the contract, the enterprise arranges a batch of new employees, such as Zhu, to conduct one-week pre-job training mainly to learn the general situation of enterprises, rules and regulations, operation procedures and so on. During the training, Zhu discovered inadvertently that in the section of “Employee Handbook” “rest and vacations”, there were even “non-work-related injuries and no pay during employee sick leave”
