目的研究芹菜素对小鼠中枢神经系统的影响。方法用多功能小鼠活动记录仪观察药物对小鼠自发活动的影响;用旋转跌落法观察药物对小鼠协调运动的影响;以翻正反射消失法记录药物对小鼠阈下剂量的戊巴比妥钠催眠作用的影响。结果芹菜素3种剂量对小鼠自发活动、协调运动及阈下剂量的戊巴比妥钠催眠作用无明显影响。结论在药效剂量下,芹菜素对小鼠中枢神经系统无显著影响。
Objective To study the effects of apigenin on the central nervous system of mice. Methods The effect of drugs on spontaneous activity of mice was observed by multi-function mouse activity recorder. The effects of drugs on coordinated movement of mice were observed by spin-drop method. The effects of drugs on mice submucosal dose of pentobarbital The effect of bital sodium hypnotic effect. Results The three doses of apigenin did not affect the hypnotic effect of pentobarbital sodium spontaneously, coordinated exercise and subliminal dose in mice. Conclusions Apigenin has no significant effect on the central nervous system of mice in the dose-effect manner.
